Leisure and Cultural Services Department website - Silver Prize

The website of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) (www.lcsd.gov.hk) won the Silver award for the “Government Departments” stream in the “Best .hk Website Awards 2015”.

The Awards are organised by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited to commend outstanding “.hk” websites from different sectors. Through the Awards, the organiser aims to encourage good practices and design, recognise excellent use of technology and promote best practice sharing in website design and development.

The new version of the LCSD website was launched in July 2015. In addition to its accessible design, the site provides a simple and user-friendly interface to facilitate quick access to the pages and the various services offered. The award came as an endorsement of the quality of the Department’s website and its determination to serve the public better.
