Application for Recruitment as a Part-time Instructor / Leader / Camp Counsellor
(effective from 1 July 2025)

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) regularly organises a wide range of leisure activities to enhance public interest in sports and recreation.  To assist the LCSD to organise the activities, interested individuals are invited to apply for recruitment as part-time instructors / leaders / camp counsellor for the following sports:

1.	Aerobic Dance	8.	Hiking	15.	Squash
2.	Archery (Recurve)	9.	Hydro-fitness	16.	Stress Management and Physical Relaxation
3.	Basketball	10.	Judo	17.	Tai Chi Sword *
4.	Body-mind Stretch	11.	Lawn Bowls	18.	Tennis
5.	Camping	12.	Roller Skating	19.	Track & Field
6.	Chinese Dance	13.	Sailing	20.	Windsurfing
7.	Gateball	14.	Sport Climbing

Entry Requirements

Applicants should:

(a)	possess a coaching certificate issued or a coaching qualification issued or endorsed by the relevant National Sports Associations (NSAs) or recognised organisations; and
(b)	be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

 

How to apply

(a)	Applicants should apply online via the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk). Applications submitted by other means (including in person, by post, fax or e-mail) will not be accepted.
(b)	After completing the online application, applicants must email copies of the relevant supporting documents specified in the "entry requirements" and LCS 285 to sod@lcsd.gov.hk. The email subject line must state "Application for the Post of Part-time Instructor / Leader / Camp Counsellor" and the online application number. The online application number must also be quoted on every page of the supporting documents.
(c)	Any application which is incomplete, submitted without relevant supporting documents or not duly signed will not be considered.
