Causeway Bay Sports Ground

Introduction

Causeway Bay Sports Ground was opened in May 1983. Its total area is 2.4 hectares. It is located adjacent to Hong Kong Central Library. The sports ground's daily opening hours are from 7am to 11pm.

Facilities

Major facilities:

  • A 100m 5-lane all-weather athletic track
  • A 400m 1-lane jogging track
  • A jumping area for long jump
  • A 95m x 64m grass pitch for booking by organisations and schools for track and field activities, football and rugby
  • 6 tennis courts
  • 2 tennis practice courts
Other facilities:
  • Changing room cum lavatory
  • 3 sets of portable spectator stands with seating capacity for 72 persons.
  • Barrier Free Facilities: Accessible Toilet, Tactile Guide Path

Maintenance Day

The grass pitch is closed for maintenance every Thursday. Other facilities and services at booking counter are not affected.
