Suspected red tide sighted at Shek O and Turtle Cove beaches

Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department says that due to a suspected red tide sighting, the red flag has been hoisted at Shek O Beach and Turtle Cove Beach. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.

Meanwhile, as influenced by red tide, red flags are hoisted at the following beaches. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beaches.
