You can readily obtain information about our services through our 24-hour Customer Hotline. The hotline is handled by the "1823" of the Government. You can choose to use Cantonese, Putonghua or English to make your enquiries or complaints. If the line is busy, you may leave your message with the phone recorders and agents of "1823" will call back as soon as possible. You may also dial 1823 direct to obtain information about the services provided by the Department.
The Fax hotline is a touch-tone phone and the telephone system will guide you through the appropriate selections by pressing the respective dials to obtain monthly programme schedule or application forms of our service.
