All entries affixed with completed entry forms should be submitted by mail or in person during office hours to the Secretariat of Hong Kong Flower Show, 11/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin.

Jointly organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), and sponsored by Schmidt Marketing (HK) Ltd, the competition is divided into three categories: Category A - Portrait of TVB Artistes and Miss Hong Kong; Category B - Flowers; and Category C - Snapshots.

Entries for Category A should be photos taken during the shooting session for TVB artistes and Miss Hong Kong on March 15 at the flower show showground in Victoria Park. Entries for Category B and C should be photos taken at the showground during the show period and related to the show.

The judging panel will comprise TVB representative Mr Donald Wong, representatives of the Photographic Society of Hong Kong Dr Leo K.K. Wong, Mr Yam Shik and Mr Chu Chai-kuen, and Creative Director of Information Services Department Ms Pamela Chan.

In each category, there will be first, second and third prizes and a number of commendations. Results of the competition will be announced on the department website at http://www.lcsd.gov.hk in late May. Winners will be notified in writing for collection of prizes.

All winning entries will be put on display at Kowloon Park Green Education and Resource Centre and Arcade between June and July. Photos of the winning entries will also be uploaded onto the department website at the same time.
