Additional performance for "i.cherry"
**************************************

An additional performance of the drama production "i.cherry" will be held on November 19 (Sunday) at 3pm in response to overwhelming audience demand.

The drama is a collaboration between Class 7A Drama Group and Shu Ning Presentation Unit. Inspired by master dramatist Anton Chekhov's "The Cherry Orchard", "i.cherry" sets out to examine how society, when changes are far more rapid and immense, makes it impossible for people to survive despite struggling hard.

Presented in Cantonese, it will be held at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Studio Theatre at 8pm on November 17, 18 and 19, with additional performances at 3pm on November 18 and 19.

Tickets priced at $120 and $200 are available at URBTIX outlets. Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens, people with disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance recipients. Package booking discounts are up to 20% for full-price tickets.

"i.cherry" is one of the programmes of the "New Vision Arts Festival" presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Programme brochures are now available at URBTIX outlets or at the website http://www.newvisionfestival.gov.hk
