People reminded to keep venues clean during fireworks display tonight

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department reminds people to be orderly and keep venues clean while enjoying the National Day Fireworks Displays tonight (October 1).

Rubbish should be properly disposed of in litter bins. People should take away their belongings and not leave trash or newspapers behind. Litterers could face a fixed penalty of $1,500.

Those who go to the Piazza of Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade should take care in crowded places.
