Another championship won in Kuala Lumpur show jumping finals

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Dr Patrick Ho, was glad to learn that the Hong Kong delegation to the FEI World Cup Final Jumping held in Kuala Lumpur today (April 30) won again.

After triumphing in the past few days, Mr Kenneth Cheng, aged 17, outperformed his competitors in show jumping entitled the Asian Classics Final.

Dr Ho said that the outstanding performance of the Hong Kong delegation would give a boost to holding the Olympic equestrian events in Hong Kong in 2008.

Ends/Sunday, April 30, 2006
