Mobile Library 5 & 7 services temporarily suspended

Mobile Library 5 would suspend service from October 4 to 15 while Mobile Library 7 would suspend service from October 6 to 12 for regular maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (September 30).

For Mobile Library 5, the service points affected are Hin Keng Estate, Kam Tai Court and Kam Ying Court in Shatin, Kin Ming Estate, Ming Tak Estate and Tsui Lam Estate in Sai Kung, Tai Wo Estate, Wan Tau Tong Estate, Fu Shin Estate and Fu Heng Estate in Tai Po and Bayview Garden and Tai Wo Hau Estate in Tsuen Wan.

The affected service points of Mobile Library 7 are Whampoa Garden in Hung Hom, Hoi Fu Court in Mong Kok West, Sceneway Garden in Lam Tin, Ko Yee Estate in Yau Tong, Chuk Yuen (South) and Tsui Chuk Garden in Wong Tai Sin.

For enquiries, please call 2696 5842 (Mobile Library 5) and 2926 3056 (Mobile Library 7).

People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension period. They may also renew library materials by telephone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at http://www.hkpl.gov.hk .
