Lifeguard service at South Bay and Butterfly Beaches suspended

Please broadcast the following special announcement as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced this morning (August 1) that owing to insufficient lifeguards, red flags had been hoisted at Butterfly Beach and South Bay Beach to remind swimmers to heed water safety.
The affected beaches up to now are:
South Bay Beach
Butterfly Beach
Chung Hom Kok Beach
Repulse Bay Beach
Middle Bay Beach
St. Stephen's Beach
Turtle Cove Beach
Kadoorie Beach
Cafeteria Old Beach
Cafeteria New Beach
Red flags are hoisted at the above beaches to remind beach-goers to heed water safety.

http://www.lcsd.gov.hk to enquire about beaches and water sports centres.
