Mobile Library 8 & 5 services temporarily suspended

Mobile Library 8 will suspend services from June 21 to 28 and Mobile Library 5 will suspend service from June 23 to July 2 for regular maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (June 17).

For Mobile Library 8, the service points affected are Laguna City in Lam Tin, Hiu Lai Court and Po Tat Estate in Kwun Tong, Lung Chu Street in Tai Hang Tung, Laguna Verde in Hung Hom and Fu Cheong Estate in Sham Shui Po.

The affected service points of Mobile Library 5 are Chevalier Garden, Pok Hong Estate and Kam Ying Court in Shatin, Ming Tak Estate and Tsui Lam Estate in Sai Kung, Tai Wo Estate, Wan Tau Tong Estate, Fu Shin Estate and Fu Heng Estate in Tai Po and Bayview Garden and Tai Wo Hau Estate in Tsuen Wan.

The general public are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension period. They may also renew library materials by telephone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at http://www.hkpl.gov.hk .
