Due to large waves, the red flags were hoisted at Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung District, Stanley Main Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island this morning (March 15). It is dangerous to enter the waters off these beaches.
