Red flags lowered at three beaches in Sai Kung

Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (January 31) that red flags which were hoisted at Silverstrand Beach, Hap Mun Bay Beach and Trio Beach in Sai Kung District due to sighting of red tide have been lowered.

The red flags were lowered following the advice by the Environmental Protection Department that these beaches are now suitable for swimming.
