Due to large waves, the red flags were hoisted at Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung; Stanley Main Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island this morning (November 23). It is dangerous to enter the waters off these beaches.
