Beach temporarily closed due to sighting of suspected red tide

Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 27) that due to sighting of suspected red tide, red flag has been hoisted at Clear Water Bay First Beach at 4.30pm today for temporary closure until further notice. Beach-goers are advised not to swim in the beach.
