Eriko Ochiai replaces Chantel Elizabeth Roulston to perform "Swan Lake" on August 21

Principal dancer Chantel Elizabeth Roulston will be unable to perform her role in "Swan Lake" on August 21 at the Kwai Tsing Theatre Auditorium because of injury. She will be replaced at the matinee performance by veteran dancer Eriko Ochiai.

Eriko Ochiai was the principal dancer of the Hong Kong Ballet from 1990 to 2003. She now focuses on teaching, coaching and performing.

"Swan Lake" production is the 40th anniversary performance of The Hong Kong Ballet Group.

The programme is part of the large-scale summer festival International Arts Carnival organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
