Hong Kong Flower Show winners announced

The winners of the 2004 Hong Kong Flower Show were announced today (March 6).

The Deputy Director (Leisure Services) of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Mr Alan Siu Yu-bun, said at the prize presentation ceremony held at Victoria Park this morning that the standard of entries in the various categories was outstanding.

He said that the competitions, attracting over 3,000 entries had been one of the most popular activities of the show.

Two Overall Best of the 2004 Hong Kong Flower Show Cups were presented. The champion of the Open Section was Mr Lee Man-chung and the winner of the Overall Best (School Section) was TWGHs Li Ka Shing College.
