Parts of Tsuen Wan Town Hall to close for refurbishment

Parts of Tsuen Wan Town Hall will be closed for refurbishment and maintenance in 2004 in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of its services, and to provide better facilities to the public. Details are as follows:

Auditorium:
Closed from May 15 to October 15.

Cultural Activities Hall and Exhibition Gallery:
Closed from May 15 to September 15.

Lecture Room and Conference Room:
Remain open but bookings during the refurbishment period (9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday between May 15 and September 15) will not be accepted as the venues may be affected by noise disturbance.

Exterior of the building, pedestrian walkway, foyers and entrances:
Renovated by phases from mid-February to mid-December. Suitable arrangements and notices will be made.

Box Office (URBTIX Outlet):
Closed at certain periods. Details to be announced.

Coffee Corner:
Closed at certain periods. Details to be announced.

Management Office and Enquiries Counter:
Open as usual.
