Kwai Tsing Theatre's Fun Day scheduled for Nov. 30

Kwai Tsing Theatre will host a Fun Day on Sunday, November 30 from 3pm to 6pm, featuring programmes on Chinese arts and culture at the Plaza for public enjoyment.
Young members, aged between 6 and 14, of the Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi Culture & Arts Co-ordinating Association will perform famous excerpts from Cantonese opera. They will also demonstrate the techniques of operatic performance and invite the audience to participate.
The Hong Kong Sky Bird Puppet Art Group will present string and glove puppetry and invite members of the public to join in the show.
Other attractions include handicraft stalls, game booths and a photo-taking corner. What's more, the Chief Chef of the Chinese restaurant in Kwai Tsing Theatre will demonstrate the preparation of traditional Chinese dim sum.
The Chinese operatic characters parading around the venue will add extra colour to the event.
