Motorists to Kwai Tsing Theatre reminded of road closure

Owing to the special traffic and transport arrangements implemented by the Transport Department, Hing Ning Road between its junctions with Kwai Yan Road and the carpark entrance of Metroplaza will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 6pm on September 20 to midnight on September 21, 2003. Motorists to Kwai Tsing Theatre are reminded to pay attention to the temporary traffic aids erected on site.
