Public reminded not to burn wax and litter at LCSD venues

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) today reminds the public to keep places clean and safe when celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival. Wax tampering is an offence liable to a maximum fine of $2,000 and imprisonment of 14 days whereas littering offence is punishable with a fixed penalty of $1,500.
