Shark prevention net at Big Wave Bay Beach damaged due to typhoon

Attention duty announcers, radio and TV stations:

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 24) that as a result of the big waves caused by Typhoon Krovanh, the shark prevention net at the Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District was damaged this morning. Swimmers are advised not to swim at the beach.
