Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced that due to sighting of minor oil spill, the Clear Water Bay 1st Beach in Sai Kung was temporarily closed at 12.45 pm today (July 28) until further notice. Beach-goers are advised not to swim in the beach.
