Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

Due to large waves, red flags have today (July 21) been hoisted at Shek O Beach, Big Wave Bay Beach, Stanley Main Beach, Turtle Cove Beach, Hairpin Beach, St. Stephen's Beach, Middle Bay Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Deep Water Bay Beach, Chung Hom Kok Beach and South Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island. It is dangerous to enter the water at these beaches.
