Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

Due to large waves, red flags have today (June 14) been hoisted at Shek O Beach, Big Wave Bay Beach, Stanley Main Beach, Turtle Cove Beach, Hairpin Beach, St. Stephen's Beach, Middle Bay Beach, South Bay Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Deep Water Bay Beach and Chung Hom Kok Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island; Pui O Beach and Lower Cheung Sha Beach in Islands District. It is dangerous to enter the water at these beaches.
