Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

Due to large waves, red flags have today (June 7) been hoisted at Clear Water Bay First Beach and Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung; Pui O Beach, Lower Cheung Sha Beach, Hung Shing Yeh Beach, Lo So Shing Beach and Tong Fuk beach in Islands District. It is dangerous to enter the water at these beaches.
