Free tickets for Exercise for All show available now


Exercise for All, a show organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) with the assistance of Metro Radio, will be held at the Hong Kong Stadium on Wednesday. Members of the public are welcome to enjoy an evening of first-rate entertainment and invigorating exercise free of charge.

Exercise for All is presented in support of the Government's Relaunch Hong Kong campaign, to promote community spirit and encourage the public to build up resistance to disease by exercising regularly.

The show starts at 5.30 pm. The hottest Canto-pop singers, including Alan Tam, Hacken Lee, Aaron Kwok, Nancy Sit, Chris Wong, Edmond Leung, Candy Lo, Juno Mak, Yumiko Cheng, Shawn Yu, Emme Wong, E-kids, Double R, 2R, Barry Yip and Markus Ng, will rock the stadium with their latest hits.

Sports programmes will include group performances of Fitness Dance, Line Dance, Hip Hop Dance, wushu and tae kwon do, and a tai chi demonstration by over 1,000 people.

Well-known athletes like Li Fai, Cheng Ka-ho, To Yu-hang, Lee Kin-wo, Amy Chan, Wang Chen, Malina Ngai, Agus Hariyanto, Ken Wong, Lee Wai-lun, Chung Ming-tat, Christine Mak, Ho Kai-lai and Danielle Chan will promote the message of "healthy living" and lead the participants in a specially designed fitness exercise.

Handicraft and game stalls will be open all evening to ensure fun for the whole family.

Free tickets for Exercise for All are available now at the LCSD's District Leisure Services Offices, LCSD Leisure Link offices, and Metro Radio at Basement 2, Site 6, Whampoa Garden, Hunghom, Kowloon. Tickets will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis. For enquiries, please call 2414 5555.
