Temporary closure of three beaches in Tuen Mun due to sighting of oil spill

Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced that due to sighting of minor oil spill, the Cafeteria Old Beach in Tuen Mun was also temporarily closed at 1.50 pm today (June 2) until further notice.

In addition to the Golden Beach and the Cafeteria New Beach, a total of three beaches were closed in Tuen Mun by now. Beach-goers are advised not to swim in the three beaches.
