LCSD "Arts Care" Scheme offers up to 40% discount

As part of the sustained and concerted effort to relaunch Hong Kong, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will introduce the "Arts Care" Ticket Discount Scheme to encourage local spending in quality cultural programmes and promote arts appreciation.

"Aiming at rebuilding confidence and appealing to the public to enjoy a healthy and quality life, the LCSD will launch a special 'Arts Care' Ticket Discount Scheme which covers a variety of celebrated cultural programmes including performing arts, films and Music Office performances. Last but not the least, the Scheme also includes part of LCSD's annual well-received summer programmes of the 'International Arts Carnival' to be held from July 18 to August 24," said the spokesman for LCSD.

Special offer will be available on a single purchase of 4 or more tickets with free choices among all of the "Arts Care" programmes in July and August:

- 20% discount for each purchase of 4 to 7 tickets

- 40% discount for each purchase of 8 or more tickets

In addition, the "Arts Care" Scheme is also applicable to patrons who are enjoying existing ticketing concessions. They include full-time students, senior citizens, people with disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients (limited tickets for students and CSSA recipients available on a first-come-first-served basis), or Friends of LCSD performing venues (up to two full-price tickets for any one performance).

For more detailed information on the "Arts Care" Ticket Discount Scheme, call 2734 9009 or refer to programme leaflet.
