Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

Due to large waves, red flags have today (May 5) been hoisted at Clear Water Bay First Beach and Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung; Shek O Beach, Big Wave Bay Beach, Stanley Main Beach, Turtle Cove Beach, Hairpin Beach, Chung Hom Kok Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Middle Bay Beach, South Bay Beach, Deep Water Bay Beach and St. Stephen's Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island; Pui O Beach, Upper Cheung Sha Beach, Lower Cheung Sha Beach and Tong Fuk Beach in Islands District. It is dangerous to enter the water at these beaches.
