LCSD mounts sustained cleansing operations in parks

In support of the Government's territory-wide cleansing campaign to combat atypical pneumonia, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (March 29) that it would conduct sustained cleansing and disinfection operations in its parks, starting from this weekend.

Cleansing and disinfection operations will start with major parks with high numbers of users. These include Victoria Park, Southorn Playground, Chater Garden, Statue Square, Hong Kong Park, Kowloon Park, Lai Chi Kok Park, Sha Tin Park, Tuen Mun Park, Yuen Long Park, and Tsing Yi Park.
