Red flags lowered at Stanley Main Beach and Deep Water Bay Beach

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department says that since the waters off Stanley Main Beach and Deep Water Bay Beach in Southern District are now suitable for swimming, the red flags have been lowered.
The red flags were hoisted at the beaches after red tides were found.
The department reminds the public that the lifeguard service at Stanley Main Beach is suspended in winter.
