The services provided by Mobile Libraries 1, 2, 8 and 10 will be suspended for designated periods in May and June for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (May 6).
The service points of Mobile Library 1 to be affected from May 13 to 25 are Cho Yiu Chuen, Shek Lei (I) Estate, Lai Yiu Estate, Kwai Shing East Estate and Kwai Shing West Estate in Kwai Chung; Easeful Court and Cheung Ching Estate in Tsing Yi; and Riviera Gardens, Sham Tseng, Lei Muk Shue Estate, Tsuen King Circuit and Cheung Shan Estate in Tsuen Wan. The service points of Mobile Library 8 to be affected from May 15 to 21 are Laguna City in Lam Tin, Po Tat Estate in Sau Mau Ping, Tai Hang Tung Estate in Tai Hang Tung Road and Laguna Verde in Hung Hom. For enquiries about Mobile Library 8 services, please call 2926 3055.
The service points of Mobile Library 10 to be affected from May 27 to June 1 are Tsing Tin playground in Tuen Mun; Kwong Fuk Estate in Tai Po; Cheung Wang Estate in Kwai Tsing; and Tin Yuet Estate, Hung Shui Kiu and Tin Wah Estate in Yuen Long. The service points of Mobile Library 2 to be affected from May 27 to June 8 are Hau Tak Estate, Po Lam Estate and Sheung Tak Estate in Tseung Kwan O; Ta Kwu Ling, Cheong Shing Court, Ka Fuk Estate and Ching Ho Estate in North District; Sun Chui Estate, Mei Lam Estate, Saddle Ridge Garden, Kwong Yuen Estate, Lee On Estate, Sui Wo Court and Yiu On Estate in Sha Tin; and Wan Tau Tong Estate and Tai Yuen Estate in Tai Po.
