Temporary closure of some LCSD leisure facilities
嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗嚗

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (April 27) that due to maintenance or improvement work, the following leisure facilities will be temporarily closed:

     Owing to improvement work and track refurbishment work, the Hammer Hill Road Sports Ground will be temporarily closed from May 1 to October 31. During the period, the public may use the jogging trail and artificial turf soccer pitch of the nearby Po Kong Village Road Park.

     The turf pitch at Tsing Yi Sports Ground will be temporarily closed for turf maintenance from May 20 to June 30. The running track will remain open. During this period, the public may use the turf pitch at Kwai Chung Sports Ground or Wo Yi Hop Road Sports Ground in the same district.

     The Sai Kung Squash Courts will be temporarily closed for improvement work from May 23 to June 15. During this period, the Leisure Link's booking counter of the venue and the Sai Kung Tennis Courts in the vicinity will open as usual. The public may also use the similar facilities at Po Lam Sports Centre or Tsui Lam Sports Centre in the same district.
