The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (September 1) that Tai Po Sports Ground, which has been temporarily closed for turf maintenance and was scheduled to reopen tomorrow (September 2), will be reopened on September 13 because more time would be needed to complete the works.

During the closure, the public may use Sha Tin Sports Ground, North District Sports Ground or Ma On Shan Sports Ground (except from today to September 9). The public may also use Kwong Fuk Football Ground or Kwong Fuk Park Football Pitch in the same district for football activities.

Ends/Monday, September 1, 2008
