Temporary closure of some facilities at three LCSD sports centres

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 15) that Boundary Street Sports Centre No. 2 in Yau Tsim Mong District will be temporarily closed for improvement works from September 1, 2011, to January 25, 2012. During the period, the public may use similar facilities and services at the nearby Boundary Street Sports Centre No. 1 or Tai Kok Tsui Sports Centre.
  
     The arena at Fa Yuen Street Sports Centre will be temporarily closed for renovation works from September 21 to October 2. Other facilities in the sports centre will remain open. During the period, the public may use the facilities of the arenas at the nearby Boundary Street Sports Centre No. 1 or Tai Kok Tsui Sports Centre.

     Meanwhile, the fitness room at Leung Tin Sports Centre in Tuen Mun District will be temporarily closed for improvement works from September 26 to October 21. Other facilities in the sports centre will remain open. During the period, the public may use similar facilities at the nearby Tai Hing Sports Centre.
