Temporary suspension of Mobile Libraries 3 and 6

     Services provided by Mobile Libraries 3 and 6 would be suspended at different periods in June for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (June 2).

     Service points of Mobile Library 3 to be affected from June 8 to 17 are Shan King Estate, Siu Hong Court, Sam Shing Estate, Fu Tai Estate and Prime View Garden in Tuen Mun, Tin Yiu Estate, Ping Shan and Fairview Park in Yuen Long. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 3, please call 2450 1857.

     Service points of Mobile Library 6 to be affected from June 15 to 27 are Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Lei Tung Estate and Ap Lei Chau Estate in Ap Lei Chau, Shek O Beach, Fung Tak Estate and Tsui Chuk Garden in Wong Tai Sin. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 6, please call 2505 4690.

     People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephone on 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk.
