To mark the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department organized the Blossom Around Town programme to carry out beautification works at 51 prominent parks and locations in phases from June to October, 2022. Beautification works included large flower fields, flower walls, theme garden displays and enhancement of roadside amenity areas with colourful flowers and attractive plants with ornamental value to enhance the landscape across the territory.
