 Facilities

According to the conditions of hire, the hirer of the Stadium will normally be provided with the following services and facilities:

a.service provided by an Event Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the hirer's requirements during the event;
b.security services;
c.ushering and stewarding services;
d.cleaning services;
e.technical services in respect of the in-house lighting and floodlighting, public address system, press and television facilities, water and electricity supply, etc;
f.first aid services;
g.designated rooms for use of the hirer, including a Hospitality Suite, Multi-use Room, changing rooms and two Star Dressing Rooms;
h.general catering services provided by the franchised caterer of the Stadium;
i.Stadium Box Office (with 24 counters) for ticket selling before and on the event day(s);
j.car parking spaces; and
k.Event Control Room (equipped with closed circuit television and public address systems) to meet the requirements of the hirer and to cope with emergencies during the event.

Optional fee-charging services and facilities:

a.Police services during the event;
b.large video screen for live coverage of the event and broadcast of advertisements;
c.large electronic scoreboard;
d.sale of event merchandise in souvenir shops;
e.service of sound technicians;
f.setting up of terraplas (pitch protection system) and chairs;
g.Executive Suite(s) and additional Hospitality Suite(s);
h.distribution of event promotional items; and
iexclusive catering services provided by the franchised caterer of the Stadium.
