Event Services

According to the conditions of hire, the hirer of the Stadium will normally be provided with the following services and facilities:

  1. service provided by an Event Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the hirer's requirements during the event;

  2. security services;

  3. ushering and stewarding services;

  4. cleaning services;

  5. technical services in respect of the in-house lighting and floodlighting, public address system, press and television facilities, water and electricity supply, etc;

  6. first aid services;

  7. designated rooms for use of the hirer, including a Hospitality Suite, Multi-use Room, changing rooms and two Star Dressing Rooms;

  8. general catering services provided by the franchised caterer of the Stadium;

  9. Stadium Box Office (with 24 counters) for ticket selling before and on the event day(s);

  10. car parking spaces; and

  11. Event Control Room (equipped with closed circuit television and public address systems) to meet the requirements of the hirer and to cope with emergencies during the event.

Optional fee-charging services and facilities:

  1. Police services during the event;

  2. large video screen for live coverage of the event and broadcast of advertisements;

  3. large electronic scoreboard;

  4. sale of event merchandise in souvenir shops;

  5. service of sound technicians;

  6. setting up of terraplas (pitch protection system) and chairs;

  7. Executive Suite(s) and additional Hospitality Suite(s);

  8. distribution of event promotional items; and

  9. exclusive catering services provided by the franchised caterer of the Stadium.
