Other charges subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, such as the charge calculated as a percentage of the gross receipts from advertising and sale of souvenirs.

For sports training ***

◆	For sports training without spectators

$8,540 per 2-hour session

◆	For sports training with no more than 300 spectators

$10,450 per 2-hour session

◆	Use of floodlights

$1,860 per hour

*	The large video screen will be used exclusively by the hirer, who can solicit commercial advertisements for display on the large video screen during the event. All the revenues generated from these advertisements will be retained by the hirer.
**	The large video screen will be used to provide live coverage of the event only. The hirer will not be allowed to display any commercial advertisements on the large video screen during the event. The Stadium Office and its advertising agent can solicit commercial advertisements for display on the large video screen during the event. All the revenues generated from these advertisements will be retained by the Stadium.
***	Temporarily only applicable to National Sports Associations.

Remarks：

The basic rental does not cover the optional fee-charging services and facilities. The hirer may decide what services or facilities are required.
Item (h) is the cost charged by the Police for their service inside the Stadium during the event. It is to be borne by the organiser (i.e. the hirer) of the public/spectator event to be held in the Stadium.
For special events, a separate fee scale will be devised upon negotiation with the hirer with respect to the detailed requirements of the event.
The Stadium reserves the right to amend the above fee scale at any time.
