Cantonese Opera Education and Information Centre is now Open!X
From 30 October (Friday), the number of audience members allowed in major facilities of the Ko Shan Theatre including the Theatre and Auditorium will be increased from 50% to 75% of the original capacity. Consecutive seats will be limited to four. The limit on the number of users at minor facilities such as rehearsal rooms, singing practice rooms, function room and committee room is also raised to 75% of the original capacity. Ceremonies involving not more than 45 people are allowed in exhibition facilities, subject to the admission limit set for individual facility. Children under 12 are allowed to enter only when accompanied by an adult. Visitors to facilities of the Ko Shan Theatre will need to use hand sanitiser and will be subject to temperature checks before admission. They also need to wear their own masks.

The opening hours of the URBTIX outlet at the Ko Shan Theatre is from 10am to 6.30pm daily. Ticket dispensing machines will be operated during the opening hours of the venue.
Ticket holders of cancelled events are advised to contact the respective event organisers or check their latest announcements on refund arrangements. Ticket refund service is available for events presented/sponsored by the LCSD which have been cancelled due to venue closure arising from the pandemic and some organisers that choose to arrange refunds at URBTIX outlets.
