Points to note about exercise 

1.Choose a suitable place for exercising;
2.Choose exercises that suit your physical ability and strength;
3.Wear appropriate sportswear and sports shoes;
4.Start with simple exercise and increase the intensity gradually;
5.Learn the right techniques to have more fun in exercising;
6.Do sufficient warm up and cool down exercises before and after exercise;
7.Keep your breathing smooth during exercise; and
8.Slow down or take a rest if you feel unwell during exercise.  For safety’s sake, consult a doctor if the condition does not improve.
