   1. District Leisure Services Offices (DLSOs) of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD)

3. Enrolment method:
   The completed enrolment form (attachments or presentation of identity documents is not required when submitting application) should be submitted within the above-mentioned enrolment period:
   1. In person to : DLSOs of the LCSD (within office hours) or any recreation and sports venues with Leisure Link services; or
   2. By post to : (the date of postage chop is regarded as receipt date)

4. Points to Note
   1. Participants should be aware of their health condition, and consider whether it is suitable for them to enrol in this Games. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor prior to the enrolment of activity
   2. Participants / teams will be selected by balloting if the applications exceed the quotas.
   3. The balloting results of successful applicants and applicants of the waiting list will be displayed at the DLSOs, any recreation and sports venues with Leisure Link services of the LCSD and this webpage. Please note that unsuccessful applicants will not be informed separately.
   4. If there are remaining places after the deadline for payment by waiting list applicants, or if the competition is under-subscribed, the Organiser will arrange open enrolment on a first-come-first-served basis at all DLSOs.
