Notes to Applicants:

  1. Applicants should consider whether they are physically fit to take part in this competition. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor.
  2. Each applicant may enter a maximum of 1 singles event and 1 doubles event and pay the enrolment fee just once. To facilitate the fixture draw, a separate Enrolment Form should be submitted for each event to be entered.
  3. Each applicant shall submit only 1 Enrolment Form for each event to be entered. In case of multiple submissions or incomplete information, the Enrolment Form(s) will not be accepted.
  4. For better utilisation of resources, the Organiser may adjust the quotas of divisions in view of the enrolment response. Applicants or participants shall have no objection.
  5. A team entering a doubles event shall be in the division to which the younger team member belongs.
  6. If there are less than 2 persons/teams entering a division, the Organiser has the right to combine it with a division for a younger age group or cancel all the events in the division.
  7. A participant who has entered a singles event wishes to enter a doubles event, or a participant who has entered a doubles event wishes to enter a singles event, has to not only submit another Enrolment Form and produce his/her identity document and other document(s) required once again, but also produce the receipt of the previous enrolment in order to get fee exemption for the new enrolment.
  8. Participants providing false information will be disqualified from all events. Their competition results will be cancelled and the enrolment fees paid will not be refunded.
  9. To facilitate communication, applicants shall notify the Organiser in writing immediately of any change in their correspondence address.
