| The amount of subsidy to be granted for each activity will be assessed according to its scale, format and content. |
| The following factors will be taken into consideration: |
| 1. | The extent that helps to promote a greener Hong Kong; |
| 2. | The number of people who will benefit from the activity; |
| 3. | The cost effectiveness and financial viability of the budget; |
| 4. | The feasibility of the project, organization ability and experience of the applicant in organizing the activity; and |
| 5. | The staging of similar activity during the recent past. |
