March	8am - 5pm	Applicable to Deep Water Bay Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Middle Bay Beach, Big Wave Bay Beach and Stanley Main Beach only
November to March	8am - 5pm	Applicable to Deep Water Bay Beach only
