“Pilot Scheme on the Use of School Venues by Arts Groups”

(2026/27 School Year Term 2) Booking - Opens for application

 

Booking application for the “Pilot Scheme on the Use of School Venues by Arts Groups” (2026/27 school year Term 2) will be accepted from 15 September until 30 October 2026. Non-profit organisation may hire the school venues for rehearsals during after-school hours.

Booking of Function Room 1

 

The Function Room 1 of Tai Po Civic Centre has reopened on 7 September 2026 (Monday).  Late booking application for the period before 31 December 2026 is accepted.

Tai Po Civic Centre (TPCC) officially re-opened in full on 30 December 2025 upon the completion of its facility upgrading works.
