Madam Hong Restaurant prepares seasonal ingredients and offers patrons a taste of local Guangdong dishes. While Ko Shan Theatre is a dedicated venue for Cantonese Opera, Madam Hong Restaurant is a thematic restaurant in which elements of the art form have been embedded in cutleries and decor.

As a social enterprise under Fu Hong Society, the Madam Hong Restaurant is operated by professionals as well as the underprivileged and every spending in the restaurant is not solely for the catering service but also a form of support and care to the community.
