Points to note: 1.

Participants should be aware of their health condition, and consider whether it is suitable for them to enrol in this Games. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor prior to the enrolment of activity.

2.

Each participant may participate in a maximum of two events i.e. one singles event and one doubles event. He/She shall submit one enrolment form for each event only. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has made repeated enrolments or has submitted an incomplete enrolment form.

3.

For participants entering the doubles event, the division they enter shall be the one to which their youngest team member belongs.

5.

If the number of participants/teams enrolled in any division is less than two, the LCSD reserves the right to combine it with a division of younger age or cancel all events in that division.

4.

In case only one participant/team turns up, he/she/the team will still be awarded the prize upon reporting at the venue.
